Yoga classes run from 9 am to 10 am Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, at Lakeside. Susie, a resident of Paradise and yoga practitioner will lead most classes, but will bring in an occasional guest teacher. Enjoy a deeper connection with nature as you explore the benefits of Yoga.
Yoga is a universally acknowledged practice to deepen your sense of well being. If you are new, haven’t done a class for some time, or want to continue to grow in yoga, join us for a deeper connection to your mind, body and spirit.
With a gentle approach anybody (and any body) can practice yoga. Start your day with gentle stretching, breathing, postures and relaxation.
