For guests staying 1-2 nights: a 1 night deposit is required and fully refundable when reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is received within 7 days of arrival. Within 8-14 days of arrival, reservation may be changed to another date within 6 months without penalty or loss of deposit.
For guests staying 3 or more nights: a 2 night deposit is required and fully refundable when reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is received within 7 days of arrival. Within 8-14 days of arrival, reservation may be changed to another date within 6 months without penalty or loss of deposit.
A deposit of $200.00 is required for a stay of thirty (30) days or more. No refund given for holidays or special events. Reservation may be changed to future date within 6 months.
