Paradise Lakes Resort Realty, the only real estate office for the resort, is located on site and has been open since the beginning of the resort. The real estate office has been instrumental in realizing the dreams of thousands of members and guest in obtaining their "slice" of Paradise.

Paradise Lakes Resort Realty opened their doors in 1980, even before the resort officially opened. From the beginning, prospective buyers clamored for a chance to live in America's first upscale resort-style environment that was entirely clothing optional. Phase I and II were the areas first developed and construction had a difficult time keeping up with demand! The developers planned a clothing optional community that included a vacation condos, townhouses, modular housing and single family homes all centered around a world class resort.

Construction continued through 2007, with The Fountains and the Terraces becoming a part of the community in 1998 and 2007, respectively. Sales have continued to be steady as vacationers, enjoying their time in Paradise Lakes Resort so much, make the transition into homeowners and savvy investors purchase sites for personal use, lease and income opportunities.
