Paradise Lakes Resort reserves the right to suspend, deny or revoke any membership, with or without cause.
Paradise Lakes Resort is a clothing optional resort. We have learned that the best way to attract new members is to allow them to ease into the nude environment at their own pace. Visitors usually decide quickly whether or not they like the new lifestyle.
As a guest or member you are required to abide by the following:
1. Behavior or activity that disrupts the harmony and tranquility of the club is not permitted. Disruptive behavior / activity including any physical or verbal activity that is abusive to any member, guest, or employee or to the resort is not permitted.
2. Overt sexual behavior, or the appearance of overt sexual behavior, is not permitted. If anyone’s behavior offends you, please report it to the management immediately.
3. CAMERAS ARE NOT PERMITTED anywhere on the premises at anytime.
4. Genital Jewelry and Tattoos: There is no policy against either.
5. Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted in the recreational areas after 9 PM
6. Pets are not permitted on the club grounds.
7. GLASS IS NOT PERMITTED outside of the restaurant.
8. Members and guests are responsible for their children’s behavior at all times
9. Solicitation of any business or any service on the club grounds is strictly prohibited without a club license.
10. Food and beverages NOT purchased in the club are not permitted in the club, hotel or recreational areas.
11. Please sit on your towel in all areas when nude.
12. Personal music devices may be used only with earphones in the club recreational areas.
13. Chairs and chaises may not be “reserved” for extended periods of time.
14. Swimming in the lake is not permitted.
15. There is NO lifeguard on duty; swim in the pools at your own risk.
16. Running, diving, horseplay and toys are not permitted. Floats and rafts are not permitted on holidays and weekends.
17. Please shower with soap every time prior to entering a pool or hot tub.
18. Children not toilet trained must wear waterproof swimwear.
19. Failure of a member to pay a debt to Paradise Lakes Resort Mgmt. for any financial obligation incurred shall constitute grounds for membership suspension or revocation.
20. Owners, renters and club members are responsible for their guest’s behavior and daily membership fees must be paid prior to entering the club recreation area.
21. Paradise Lakes Resort is a member’s only club.
22. The Paradise Lakes Resort grounds consists of the main club and restaurant, the pools and pool areas, the outdoor restaurant and bar and the south club with the Lakeside Spa and pools.
23. The grounds are surrounded by private condominium areas. Your membership fees allow you the use of only the Paradise Lakes Resort grounds.
24. Scheduled events and activities are subject to change and or cancellation.
I have read and understood the rules, regulations and policies of Paradise Lakes Resort, and accept them for myself and on behalf of my immediate family, and household, both as to the theory and practice. I understand that my behavior is the determining factor in my length of stay at Paradise Lakes Resort, and that my visit and or membership may be terminated with or without cause at any time. There are NO refunds or credits for canceled, suspended or revoked memberships. In the event of any losses or injuries sustained by me or by members of my family, whether on Paradise Lakes Resort grounds or as a result of my visit, I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Paradise Lakes Resort, it’s officers, directors, shareholders and employees.
