I would like to clarify Paradise Lakes Resort's new definition of clothing-optional resort: Paradise's number one priority is the comfort and enjoyment of our couples and single women, who are members of our club. There is always an abundance of single men who would like to be members, so our private club can pick and choose the ones that "fit in". What we plan to do when a single male, or a married male not generally visiting with his wife, but she has knowledge of his membership, wants to become a member, they may do so by paying the membership fee. They will then be on probation. If the staff does not feel they are a social nudist within three to seven days (this is not just in the pools) they will have their membership revoked, and after day fees are deducted, given a refund.
Clothing optional to a social nudist should mean putting on clothes when its too cold or similar reasons. This is NOT to say that a woman not yet comfortable with taking off the bottom part of her bathing suit would be asked to leave. Sexy clothing in the nightclub is also fine.
We plan on weeding out men who, fully clothed, watch and stare at others or who follow couples from pool to pool causing a feeling of discomfort or annoyance to the couple or single woman.
We have also told our entertainers they are here to entertain our members not their non-nudist following who will not be admitted.
In short we want a relaxed, comfortable environment for all our members.
Editor's note: Exceptions for medical reasons will be made at the sole discretion of management.
#1 Rule: When John Forier, the owner of Paradise Lakes, is naked - he's off duty. When fully clothed he is on duty. Shorts only, maybe he's working, maybe not. And when John is wearing a shirt only - he's dancing - leave him alone! Although John welcomes input, let's all give him the time and space needed to accomplish his goals in the preservation of this wonderful resort.
