Sabrina's birthday is March 25 (we won't give away the age), and she is taking over the Fitness Buff Show on Friday, March 23, for her birthday solo debut.
The mega multi media master, Pete, is in high demand right now (hence the recent repeats), but the show must go on! Actually Pete's in Virginia promoting his book "FUN IS GOOD" with Mike Veeck. (Not to worry, Pete will be back the following Friday).
Sabrina will be broadcasting live from 5-6 p.m. from the studio in Clearwater. She bared all the last time she made a studio appearance. Will she be brave enough to wear her birthday suit again?
Better yet, Pete is quoted saying that Sabrina has the gift of gab, but can she handle a show on her own? This is LIVE, ya know.
Fortunately, Sabrina has the ability to laugh and have fun, so even if she stumbles, stay tuned, because there's sure to be a few laughs. After all, it is a fitness show, and laughing is good for your health.

Sabrina Rocks...
On Friday, February 2, 2007, The Fitness Buff Show welcomed Amber Charles, a guest host who appeared LIVE and IN Person at Paradise Lakes. On February 3, Amber, along with Sabrina (and their husbands) departed on the Bare Necessities Annual Mid-Winter cruise. They found rocks....
Sabrina is hooked. More adventures to come!
